Home visits: Axa PPP & Axa International health insurances usually give you a practice authorisation. If you wish for home visits, make sure to ask them if they allow you to receive sessions at your place with one of our Axa PPP & Axa International recognised osteopaths. Home visits are for London zones 1 and 2. For patients who don’t obtain a home visit authorisation number but still prefer having home visits or for patients who live further, travel fees will apply.
Number of sessions: Axa will tell you the number of sessions they authorised. Let us know the amount of sessions authorised as if you go over, the sessions will be at your charge. If you have used the full amount of sessions and your condition still needs treatments, you will need to call Axa PPP or Axa International so they can provide you a new authorisation number.
Excess: it is also necessary to know if you have an excess on your Axa PPP or Axa International contract as you will have to pay this amount to us directly after we invoice them for you. To avoid the hassle of this excess payment we have an automatic program which deduce only the excess you are using with us once Axa as confirmed us the excess must be taken.
